(a) It shall be the responsibility of subdividers to notify the Village Administrator at least twenty-four hours in advance of the limit that all is in readiness for the following periodic inspections:
(1) After all storm sewers, laterals, and catch basins are installed and before trenches for same are backfilled.
(2) After all sanitary sewers are installed and before trenches for same are backfilled.
(3) After all water mains and other utilities are installed and before trenches are backfilled.
(4) After the forms for curbs and gutters are set (where combined curbs and gutters are required) and gravel base is in place and before any concrete is poured.
(5) After the forms for sidewalks are set and gravel base is in place and before any concrete is poured.
(6) After subgrade is shaped and rolled and before compaction test is made.
(7) After forms are in place and immediately before any pavement concrete is poured.
(b) No bond shall be released unless these inspections have been made and work found to be satisfactory.
