The minimum improvements which the subdivider will be required to make or enter into agreement to make a subdivision prior to the approval of the final map by the Planning Board, shall be as prescribed by the following provisions. All of these improvements shall be carried out in full compliance with the specifications for each of the various branches of the work. Nothing in these rules and regulations shall be construed to prohibit the subdivider from constructing higher type of improvements than the minimum required by the Village of Bradford as hereinafter described.
