1165.01 PRE-APPLICATION PROCEDURE.

Before the filing of a preliminary map of the proposed subdivision for conditional approval the subdivider shall submit to the Planning Board preliminary studies and sketches as specified in Chapter 1169 and which shall aid in discussing the preparation of the preliminary map. This step does not require formal application fee, or filing of plat with the Planning Board.
