Sec. 2-75. Jurisdiction of boards and Magistrates.

   (a)   The code compliance boards shall enforce and have jurisdiction of the following codes:

      Part II, Code of Ordinances fire codes, Chapter 9, licenses, Chapter 13 as well as Part III, Land Development Regulations planning and development generally, Chapter 1.5; zoning Chapter 2; planned unit developments, Chapter 2.5; community design plan, Chapter 9; building, housing and construction, Chapter 20; signs, Chapter 21; parking lots, Chapter 23; and related technical codes in force in the city.

   (b)   The Special Magistrates shall enforce and have jurisdiction over any and all codes within the city’s Code of Ordinances, as provided by Florida law.
