Sec. 13-59. Operation of adult entertainment establishments.

All adult entertainment establishments as defined in Sec. 13-60 shall operate in accordance with this section, as well as in accordance with Chapter 3, Alcoholic Beverages and Part III, Land Development Regulations, Chapter 3, Zoning, Article IV, Sec. 3.D.
