The City of Boynton Beach Comprehensive Plan, hereinafter referred to as the "Plan" as amended, has been adopted in compliance with, and pursuant to, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act, F.S. §§ 163.3161, et seq., and Chapter 9J-5, Florida Administrative Code.
