Sec. 17-39. Fees.

   (a)   At the time of filing an application for a permit, a nonrefundable fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be paid to the city clerk to cover the cost of investigating the application and for administrative costs.

   (b)   For each solicitation badge requested there will be an additional identification badge fee of twenty-five cents ($0.25).

   (c)   There will be no fee required for amending an approved application.
