Sec. 16-19. Hours and activity fees.

   The Director shall establish hours that the park or beach shall be open for public use as may be deemed reasonable and such opening and closing time shall be posted for public information.

   The City Commission may by resolution establish activity fees for specific activities within any city developed or undeveloped park.
