Sec. 4-30. Application of Palm Beach County Code of Ordinances and Chapter 828, Florida Statutes.

(a) In the absence of any regulations of the city to the contrary, the Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control Rules, as codified in the Palm Beach County Code of Ordinances, shall prevail.

(b) The City hereby adopts the provisions of Chapter 828, Florida Statutes, as amended from time to time.

(c) In the event this chapter conflicts with the Palm Beach County Code of Ordinances or Florida State Statutes, the more strict provisions shall control.
