Sec. 2-82. Alternative code enforcement system.

   The city hereby adopts an alternative code enforcement system which shall provide the code compliance board or special Magistrates, hereinafter described and designated by the City Commission, the authority to hold hearings and assess fines against violators of the codes and ordinances of the city.
