Sec. 2-13.4. Consolidation of previous agencies; survival of actions.

   All powers, duties, and responsibilities of the community redevelopment agency for the central business district shall survive and be deemed merged and consolidated with the powers, duties and responsibilities of the community redevelopment agency for housing and community improvement. All previous actions of the community redevelopment agency for the central business district shall survive this consolidation unless specifically revoked by the community redevelopment agency.
