Sec. 2-2. Public works department established; divisions; administrator.

   A public works department is hereby established, and the said department shall include divisions of sanitation, sign shop, shop and garage, and streets. The superintendent of public works is hereby designated as administrator of the said department, and he shall be assisted by the assistant superintendent of public works.
