§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, other than § 114.07 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 114.07 on a first offense will be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. After conviction of a first offense, any subsequent offenses of § 114.07 will be considered a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
