§ 114.25 ENFORCEMENT BY POLICE DIVISION.

The Police Division is given the authority and is instructed to watch and observe the conduct of holders and drivers operating under this chapter. Upon discovering a violation of the provisions of this chapter, the Police Division shall report the same to the Taxicab License Board, which will order or take appropriate action.
