§ 114.23 MANIFESTS.
   The taxicab owner shall maintain a daily manifest upon which are recorded all trips made each day, showing the time and place of origin, the destination of each trip, and the amount of fare. Each holder of an owner’s license shall retain and preserve in a safe place all driver’s manifests for at least the calendar year next preceding the current calendar year, and such manifests shall be available to the Taxicab License Board.
