§ 114.19 TAXICAB CHARGE RECEIPT REQUIRED UPON DEMAND.
   The driver of any taxicab shall, upon demand of a passenger, render to the passenger a receipt for the amount charged, which receipt shall bear the name of the owner, license number, amount charged, and date of transaction.
