§ 114.16 TAXICAB MARKINGS; TEMPORARY SIGNS.
   Each taxicab shall bear on the outside of each side easily legible and permanent signs, which signs shall identify the service. Temporary signs may be used in a form and for a period of time that meets the approval of the Taxicab License Board.
