§ 114.13 DRIVER’S LICENSE SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION.
   The Taxicab License Board is given authority to suspend any driver’s license issued under this chapter for a driver’s failing or refusing to comply with the provisions of this chapter, or in the event that a driver has his or her Ohio driver’s license suspended or revoked, or fails to be physically fit to operate a taxicab or public transit vehicle. The suspension shall last for a period of not more than 30 days. The Board shall also have the authority to revoke any driver’s license for any reason for which it could be suspended, but a license must not be revoked unless the driver has received notice, and has had an opportunity to present evidence in his or her behalf.
