§ 114.06 SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION OF OWNER’S OR PUBLIC TRANSIT PROGRAM OPERATOR’S LICENSE.
   (A)   A taxicab owner’s license or public transit program operator’s license issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked or suspended by the Taxicab License Board if the holder thereof has, after the issuance of his or her license:
      (1)   Violated any of the provisions of this chapter;
      (2)   Discontinued operations for more than 15 days; or
      (3)   Violated any ordinances of the city, or laws of the United States or the State of Ohio, violations of which reflect unfavorably on the fitness of the holder to offer public transportation.
   (B)   Prior to the suspension or revocation, the holder shall be given notice of the proposed action to be taken, and shall have an opportunity to be heard.
