§ 114.05 OWNER’S OR PUBLIC TRANSIT PROGRAM OPERATOR’S LICENSE FEES.
   No taxicab owner’s license or public transit program operator’s license shall be issued or continued in operation unless the holder thereof has paid an annual owner’s license fee for the right to engage in the taxicab or public transit program business, and a subsequent fee each year for each vehicle operated under the owner’s or program operator’s license. License fees shall be for the calendar year, and shall be in addition to any other license fees or charges established by the proper authority, and applicable to the owner of the vehicle or vehicles under his or her operation and control.
