§ 30.51 QUORUM; ATTENDANCE.
   (A)   A majority of the Board of Public Utilities shall constitute a quorum.
   (B)   Any Board member failing to attend four successive meetings without excuse acceptable to and approved by the Board of Public Utilities shall be removed from office automatically thereby, and the vacancy shall be filled as hereinbefore provided.
