§ 30.451 EXECUTIVE UTILITIES DIRECTOR.
   The Executive Utilities Director shall be appointed by the Mayor for an indefinite term, subject to confirmation by a majority of the Board of Public Utilities. The Executive Utilities Director may be removed by the Mayor with the approval of a majority of the Board of Public Utilities.
