§ 30.45 BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES.
   The head of the Department of Public Utilities shall be the Board of Public Utilities, which shall be responsible for the management and operation of city-owned public utilities except for those fiscal matters assigned to the Department of Finance and those personnel matters assigned to the Department of Human Resources.
