§ 30.35 FINANCE DIRECTOR.
   The appointing authority and head of the Department of Finance shall be the Finance Director, who shall be appointed by the Mayor for an indefinite term, subject to confirmation by a majority of the members of Council. The Finance Director may be removed by the Mayor with the approval of a majority of the members of Council.
