(A) Whoever violates §§ 96.02(B) or 96.04 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(B) Whoever violates §§ 96.02(A), (C), (D), (E), (F), or (G) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(C) Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with § 96.08, or who shall counsel or abet any such violation or failure to comply, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

Whoever violates § 96.03 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
