§ 30.25 CITY ATTORNEY.
   The appointing authority and head of the Department of Law shall be the city attorney, who shall be appointed by the Mayor for an indefinite term, subject to confirmation by a majority of the members of Council. The city attorney may be removed by the Mayor with the approval of a majority of the members of Council.
