§ 30.18 OMBUDSPERSON OR CITIZENS’ HELPER.
   The position of ombudsperson or citizens’ helper is hereby created, which shall be a part-time position. This person shall be appointed by the Mayor and assigned duties by the Mayor and Municipal Administrator.
