§ 30.15 ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS.
   The Municipal Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into contracts for necessary city equipment and improvements not exceeding $50,000. The Municipal
Administrator shall obtain authorization from Council for any equipment or improvements exceeding $50,000 and shall have the authority to advertise for all contracts involving more than $50,000.
