§ 30.14 RESIGNATION OR REMOVAL OF THE ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   The Administrator shall serve for an indefinite term, subject to removal by the Mayor after he or she has served six months. If removed at any time after he or she has served six months, he or she may demand the right to be heard thereon at a public meeting of the Council prior to 30 days before the removal shall become effective, but pending and during the hearing the Mayor may suspend him or her from office and designate an acting Administrator in accordance with the provisions of the original appointment.
   (B)   In the case of the voluntary resignation of the Administrator, the Mayor and the Administrator shall agree upon the effective date of the resignation.
   (C)   Upon removal, unless for misconduct involving moral turpitude, he or she shall be paid his or her salary for the period of the next month following the removal.
