§ 90.11 DEAD ANIMALS.
   No person, being the owner or person in charge of any animal which shall die or be killed otherwise than by slaughter for meat, shall permit the carcass of such animal to lie or remain unburied within the limits of the city for more than five hours after he, she or any member of his or her household or any employees shall have knowledge thereof. If, because of the circumstances, the animal control officer or any other agent of the city is required to pick up and dispose of such animal, a pickup and transportation fee of $5 shall be levied against the owner or person in charge of such dead animal.
