(A) No railroad company, or any engineer or conductor or other agent or employee of any railroad company, shall run any locomotive car or cars on the track of any railroad through or within the limits of the city at a greater rate of speed than 25 miles per hour.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
