§ 30.03 INDEMNIFICATION OF CITY PERSONNEL.
   (A)   On and after November 1, 1985, all city personnel, including but not limited to all elected officials, all appointed officials, all members of boards and commissions, all members of ad-hoc committees appointed by the Mayor or City Council, all classified and unclassified employees of the city including police, fire, paramedics, and advanced emergency medical technicians, shall be indemnified by the city for individual liability for work performed in the scope of their employment for the city to the extent that such personnel are presently covered under the existing Public Officials and Employees Liability Policy, being policy number 524-014431-3, issued by International Surplus Lines Insurance Company, which policy covers only monetary damages and does not cover bodily injury or property damage. The indemnification shall be 100% of the policy limits and no deductible shall apply.
   (B)   This indemnification shall be enlarged to a $1,000,000 limit regardless of coverage put forth in the policy described in division (A) above.
   (C)   The indemnification as set forth above shall continue to be provided even though the city obtains additional coverage under a Public Officials and Employees Liability Policy.
