§ 30.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CITY. The City of Bowling Green, Ohio.
   CITY COUNCIL or COUNCIL. The Council of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio.
   HEAD OF DEPARTMENT or DEPARTMENT HEAD. The director of a department and, in the case of the Department of Public Utilities, the Board of Public Utilities.
