(A) Chapter 150, the zoning code; Title XIII, the general offenses code; Title VII, the traffic code; and all other codes and ordinances enacted or to be enacted by the city are adopted for application by the city for the protection of all lands owned and used for a municipal purpose by the city beyond its limits.
(B) The city is authorized to prosecute violations of these codes and ordinances in the Bowling Green Municipal Court.
