§ 70.65 FILE ESTABLISHED; CONTENTS.

   (A)   There is established a traffic-control file which shall be prepared and kept to date by the Safety Director and maintained at a location specified by the Safety Director. The file shall constitute the permanent and official record of through streets, stop intersections, one-way streets, loading zones, prohibited and limited parking areas, and parking meter zones, and all traffic control devices.

   (B)   The traffic-control file existing as of the date of the passage of §§ 70.65 through 70.67 is incorporated as a part of §§ 70.65 through 70.67. The traffic-control file shall include the following information:

      (1)   Type of traffic-control designation.

      (2)   Complete description of street or alley affected.

      (3)   Date proper signs and markings were erected or removed.

      (4)   Whether sign was ordered by the Safety Director, the Traffic Commission, or City Council.

      (5)   Date signs were ordered erected.
