§ 75.18 UNDER-SPEED OR UTILITY VEHICLE OR MINI-TRUCK.
   (A)   An under-speed, or utility vehicle, or mini-truck may be operated along a street or highway within the incorporated limits of the city with a posted speed limit of 25 mph, excluding, Main Street and Wooster Street.
   (B)   In order to lawfully operate such vehicle, the following shall be met:
      (1)   The operator shall possess a valid driver’s license;
      (2)   The vehicle shall be insured;
      (3)   The vehicle shall pass an inspection meeting the criteria as set by R.C. § 4511.215 and 4513.02;
      (4)   The vehicle, following a successful inspection as outlined in (B)(3), shall be registered in accordance with R.C. Chapter 4503 and titled in accordance with R.C. Chapter 4505, as set by R.C. § 4511.215.
   (C)   The Municipal Administrator, or his or her designee, is authorized to establish the inspection program criteria and applicable fee.
