§ 51.08 TAP-IN FEES REPEALED AND REPLACED.
   The tap-in fees for eight-inch equivalent water and sewer lines, oversizing, and for pumping stations and force mains for the projects listed in Ordinance 4991 are hereby repealed and replaced by the uniform charges listed in § 51.07 above.
