(A) A uniform tap fee is hereby established in the amount of $30 per front foot for an eight-inch equivalent waterline and $40 per front foot for an eight-inch equivalent sanitary sewer line for land presently served but as yet undeveloped.
(B) A tap installation fee in addition to the uniform tap charge is hereby established for construction of the waterline to serve Slippery Elm Hollow Subdivision on Avery Drive, and for East Wooster Street Water Main Project.
