(A) The salary of the president of Council shall be as set by legislative authority, payable in 12 equal monthly installments from the general fund. The president of Council shall have those duties as are provided by the Ohio Revised Code.
(B) The annual salary of the Members of Bowling Green City Council shall align with the minimum earnable salary for one-year service credit as established by the Ohio General Assembly and overseen by the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System.
