(A) The Taxicab License Board shall consist of the Safety Director and two persons appointed by the Mayor. The term of expiration for the first Mayoral appointment shall be February 1, and the expiration for the second Mayoral appointment shall be February 1 the following year. The Board shall have those powers and duties provided in the taxicab ordinance.
(B) Those current membership terms on city boards and commission presently scheduled to expire on February 1 are extended to June 1 of the expiration year.
