§ 30.111 PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD.
   The Parks and Recreation Board shall promote a sound program of recreation for the city and the recreational use of parks, playgrounds, and other facilities of the city. The Board shall consist of nine members appointed by the Mayor for overlapping terms of five years. At least two members shall be residents of the east side of the city as divided by Main Street, and at least two members shall be residents of the west side of the city so divided. Any vacancies shall be filled by the Mayor for the unexpired term of the vacant position.
