§ 30.108 TREE COMMISSION.
   The Tree Commission shall promote the planting and care of trees and shrubs throughout the city with particular responsibility for the landscaping of city property and shall educate and inform residents about the selection, planting and maintenance of trees within the corporate limits, whether the same be on private or public property, and shall consist of at least three persons but not more than seven persons appointed by the Mayor with terms of three years.
