The Human Relations Commission shall promote equality for and understanding among all the people of the community and shall provide mediation through conferences and conciliation. This Commission shall consist of nine members with three-year terms. Additionally, one Bowling Green State University student and one Bowling Green High School student shall be appointed to serve terms of one year.
