§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Unless otherwise provided, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, as amended from time to time, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100, nor more than the maximum penalty allowed by 65 ILCS 5/1-2-1 (currently $750). Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Each person or entity violating § 110.04 of this chapter shall be fined $100 for the first offense. For each subsequent violation in a license year, the fine shall be not less than $200, nor more than the maximum penalty allowed by 65 ILCS 5/1-2-1 (currently $750). Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offenses.
