No licensee hereunder shall permit the violation of any county, village or state law or ordinance upon premises occupied by him or her in the conduct of his or her business under such license, and the violation of this section, in addition to other penalties hereunder, may be deemed, at the option of the local Liquor Commission, sufficient cause for revocation of the license granted to such licensee.
