It shall be unlawful for any licensee, his, her or its agents or employees, to sell, offer for sale, to give away and to serve or dispense any alcoholic liquors in or on the premises specified in such licensee’s license between the following hours: 1:01 a.m. Sunday to 12:00 noon Sunday; and 1:01 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday.
