§ 90.04 NOISE, DISTURBANCE PROHIBITED.

No person who owns, harbors or keeps dogs, cats or other animals shall allow the animal to continuously howl, yelp, whine, meow, bark or to make noise in such a manner as to disturb any person or neighborhood.
