§ 50.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) (1) A $250 fine will be charged to any resident of the town or any person dumping at the site without authorization.

(2) The village will send out the fines to anyone that abuses § 50.01 of this chapter.
