(A) The Trustees of the village have determined that said Board will have to institute into affect a penalty for improper dumping at the dump site located at the north end of town.
(B) The property is used to burn only yard waste, tree branches or trees taken down either by cutting or storms.
(C) Under no circumstances is there to be any items such as trash, furniture, metal, tires, batteries or any other such items.
