(A) The video gaming terminals must be located in an area restricted to persons who are age 21 or over, and the entrance to that area must be within the view of at least one employee of the establishment who is age 21 or over.
(B) No licensee shall cause or permit any person under the age of 21 to use or play a video gaming terminal. Any licensee who permits a person under age 21 to use or play a video gaming terminal is guilty of an offense and shall be fined an amount not to exceed $5,000.
(C) No video gaming terminal licensed under this chapter may be played outside the hours of operation allowed for consumption of alcoholic beverages at the establishment.
